Supply Drops are immediate operational relief. If we identify a challenge during our calls that requires heavy execution—such as conducting an org-wide salary audit, facilitating a full-day board retreat, or building a custom operations manual from scratch—we shift that into a standalone Add-On Project. These are quoted as separate, flat-rate proposals so there are never any surprise bills.

Yes—in fact, we strongly encourage it. Accompaniment is structured as an organizational line item under Professional Development, Capacity Building, or Executive Wellness. Protecting the Executive Director's clarity, health, and capacity is the most cost-effective insurance policy a Board can buy to prevent leadership burnout and turnover.

What is shared in Sanctuary stays in Sanctuary. All sessions, discussions, personal reflections, and internal organizational challenges remain strictly confidential between the Executive Director and the Consultant. We do not report back to your Board or staff regarding the content of our sessions without your explicit written authorization.

Ministry is unpredictable! You can easily reschedule any bi-weekly session with at least 24 hours' notice using our online booking calendar. While sessions do not roll over indefinitely past the 6-month mark, we work with you to ensure you receive all 12 dedicated sessions during your engagement.

No, The Catholic ED provides executive advisory and operational accompaniment. It is not Therapy, Legal Council, Spiritual Direction or HR representation. However, we do have a fantastic community of trusted advisors and support in many of these areas. Once we have met, we can determine together, if you are in need of more specialized support in one of these areas and we can make a warm referral.
