For nearly two decades, I have served in the trenches of nonprofit management—spending the majority of those years as a full-time Executive Director. Across every organization I have led, I have driven measurable organizational growth, expanded mission outreach, and built sustainable financial and operational foundations.

I hold an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Development, which allows me to pair deep managerial strategy with a practical, hands-on understanding of how small-to-midsize nonprofits actually run. • Massive Revenue & Mission Growth: Scaled a human services nonprofit from a $1.2M operating budget to $7.5M over an 8-year tenure, expanding community reach and long-term sustainability.

• Grant Writing Success: Authored approximately 150 private foundation grant proposals with a 50% win rate, securing critical capital and operational funding.

• Facility & Footprint Expansion: Doubled the physical footprint of a food pantry and thrift store enterprise from 12,000 sq. ft. to 25,000 sq. ft. to meet growing community demand.

Operations, Systems & Compliance

• Comprehensive Systems Architecture: Authored and implemented hundreds of pages of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across four organizations over 15 years.

• Missionary Program Leadership: Recruited, onboarded, and led a lay-based missionary program for three years, directing cohorts of up to 10 year-long missionaries.

• Board Development from Scratch: Built a fully functioning Board of Directors from the ground up for a parish and school community.

• Executive Board Experience: Served on 3 distinct nonprofit boards, holding officer leadership positions on each to guide strategic planning and executive oversight.

• Sustaining Catholic Missions: I deeply care about the vitality of Catholic and mission-driven organizations, ensuring their operational health matches the beauty and urgency of their purpose.

Beyond the Desk

When I’m not untangling organizational workflows or supporting fellow leaders, you’ll usually find me out exploring the world. I am an avid traveler who has visited over 25 countries and 43 U.S. states, always searching for new cultural adventures, off-the-beaten-path experiences, and great conversations over shared meals with close friends. That same curiosity and joy for connecting with people is what I bring into every accompaniment call.
